Welcome to 7D Athletics

My name is Kathleen Weber. I was born and raised in Chicago Illinois, and recently moved to New England. I have an extensive background in coaching basketball. I was fortunate to work with and learn from some of the best leaders in the world of athletics.

I have spent the majority of my professional career participating on,recruiting and building successful elite teams as a college coach and WNBA trainer. I was a NCAA DI basketball coach serving as both assistant at DePaul University and the University of Notre Dame, and being the Head Coach at University of North Carolina Asheville for 5 seasons. I later joined Chicago Sky in the WNBA. I have personally trained WNBA players, NCAA college athletes and high school All-Americans. I developed a recruiting, leadership and management system that fosters the intentional, purpose driven achievement that I have seen grow into confidence, success, and sustainable results time and time again. I presented the content of my system at global and national conferences, to widespread acclaim, and I was subsequently asked by a publisher to write the book that I am working on now!

7D Athletics is focused on supporting the future scholar athlete and to maximize the athletic potential for the athletes we work with. It is the result of refining decades of lessons into a system that works—a system designed to empower the individual athlete. We are dedicated to developing elite players, and invite youth athletes at all ages to begin their journey to exceed allexpectation. Leave self-doubt behind and become the best YOU can possibly be. Our method will incorporate designed strategies and proven systems that will elevate the minds and bodies of our athletes to be our next world leaders. Combining practice, classroom and sport-specific training, the 7D Athletics Academy with cross train all aspects of long-term athlete development, including the leadership development and personal accountability necessary for sustainable growth both in your sport and in life.
